What is typically Swedish?

What is “typical Swedish” and who decides what’s typical and/or not typical?

As in many countries around the world there are certain things that are considered as “typical” for Sweden and the Swedes.

Some of them are inherited (or copied if you wish) from other cultures, while others have deep roots in the Swedish history. The latter being what I consider as “typical Swedish”.

I’ve chosen to present some of it in a photo gallery without further presentation. Please feel free to comment and/or question my choices of what I think of as “typical Swedish”.
